INFORMATION OVERLOAD: Computer parts collected by the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) wait for recycling outside Cotterman Hall at Capital University, Bexley, Ohio, on Aug. 9. This is the third e-waste recycling drive SWACO has hosted in 2003. Officials say they have collected close to 100 tons of computer parts.
