Republic Reports $563.5 Million in Revenue for Q4

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. -- Republic Services Inc. has reported fourth quarter 2001 adjusted net income of $47.2 million, not including a non-cash, after-tax charge of $86.1 million, compared with adjusted net income of $56.5 million for the same quarter last year. Revenues for the quarter were $563.5 million, compared with $529.1 million for the same quarter last year.
