Town Meeting Approves $2.37 Million Investment Into Adams Wastewater Treatment Plant

In order to fully service its community in the future, the Adams Wastewater Treatment Plant needs some updates. By a vote of 95-4, representatives at the Adams town hall meeting voted to borrow and appropriate $2,377,120 to update the treatment plant. With some grant funding still available, Town Manager Tom Green believes the cost could be reduced by $878,000. Town representatives expressed content with the new updates being done to the community.
