Stericycle Q1 Income Up 30 Percent

Lake Forest, Ill. -- Medical Waste management company Stericycle has reported net income of $19.1 million for the first quarter of 2004, up from 30.3 percent the same period one year ago. Revenues were $117.6 million, up from 4.7 percent from the same quarter in 2003. "During the quarter, we continued to execute our proven business model, generating sales growth and record income from operations," said Mark Miller, company president and CEO. "The first quarter is the start of another strong year for our company."
