Group Indicted for Illegally Collecting Cash for Recyclables from Ohio Business

A Lucas County, Ohio Grand Jury indicted four individuals for theft and forgery, resulting in $73,000 in losses for a local recycling business.

According to the allegations, the group collected money for nonexistent recyclables over an undetermined amount of time. They were caught on camera weighing empty bins at State Paper and Recycling.
