In an acquisition deal recently made public, Misfit Market has agreed to purchase competitor Imperfect Foods. The amount Misfit Market will be paying for the company has not been made public. Last valued at $2 million, it is believed the deal will double the size of Misfit Markets business. This marks the first of perhaps many large acquisitions for the company, according to CEO Abhi Ramesh.
