Coperion Acquires Herbold Meckesheim

Coperion recently announced it will be joining forces with Herbold Meckesheim to strengthen its efforts in providing streamlined plastic recycling processes. Herbold Meckesheim will remain at its current location and keep its name, however, the two companies will combine to establish modular systems and plant solutions in the realm of the circular economy.

With technologies from both parties, the two should be able to tackle the complete process of recycling from separating and washing to shredding and agglomerating. The hope for the deal is to allow more productive growth across the world.
