CMA Acquisition Made Final With Inframark
Closing on August 31st, an acquisition deal has been made between Inframark and Certified Management of Austin. This addition to Inframarket demonstrates its growth as a company across Texas and Florida and is an addition to the companies community management sector.

Certified Management of Austin (CMA) has been acquired by Inframark; Water Infrastructure Operations, a company known for its wastewater services. CMA, serving 39 communities and more than 6200 residential units, is the second company to join Inframarks community management sector.
This acquisition is a demonstration of Inframark's tremendous growth across Texas and Florida. Closing on August 31, the specificities of the deal were not disclosed.
