Erin Banfield is a shining example of legacy within the waste management industry. Her family built and operated one the largest waste management firms, which was eventually sold to Waste Management (WM). Erin did not deviate from her family roots and began working in the industry at a young age. Following school, Erin began her career in 2015 at Casella Waste Systems as a territory sales representative, which was short lived as her tenacity and positive attitude quickly earned her recognition from the firm. Today, she is the director of municipal services.
