Erika has made rapid progression in her career since earning her Master's in Chemistry in Canada. She has leveraged her academic credentials to quickly gain tremendous knowledge of the recycling industry, current challenges and future opportunities and is already adding value to the business world. Since joining Rehrig Pacific Company, Erika has developed a comprehensive internal sustainability strategic plan, completed a renewable energy audit of our manufacturing facilities and led the identification and development of new sources and streams of recycled material.
