It’s no secret that more waste is being collected as people are quarantining at home because of COVID-19. Besides the normal residential trash being collected, there are numerous beauty items being tossed such as shampoo bottles, lipsticks, lotion containers, body wash containers. 

Throwing those items away instead of recycling is slowly taking a toll on our landfills, our oceans … our planet.
