Waste Training Institute Seeks Workshop Leaders

The Waste Training Institute is seeking people to develop and run educational workshops at next spring’s WasteExpo.

The sessions should be on topics designed to help waste industry managers better run their businesses. The sessions can run 90 minutes or three hours.

The program will take place concurrently with WasteExpo, which is set for April 30 through May 2, 2012, in Las Vegas.

At last year’s program the topics included, “NIMBYs and the Politics of the Permitting Process,” “Safety Update and Right Side vs. Left Side Driving – A Comparison of Risks,” “The Influence of Job Satisfaction on Operational Effectiveness,” and “The Leader in You.”

Those interested should contact Editor Steven Averett at 770-618-0202 or [email protected], or News Editor Allan Gerlat at 330-467-0360 or [email protected].
