Leadpoint its restructured Recycling Operations Support Team, which is designed to deliver comprehensive assistance to field operations and customers. This team is geared towards streamlining MRF, PRF and polymer site startups, ensuring site compliance and nurturing customer relationships. They also assist in fostering the implementation of Leadpoint’s high performance work team model and training Onsite Managers and Contingent Workforce Coordinators while achieving key performance indicators.

Chad Bebber has been promoted to Director of Operations Support. Since joining Leadpoint in 2018, Bebber's held diverse leadership roles, including Workforce Optimization Team Leader, East Region Director of Operations and East Region Director of Sales. Chad's extensive industry knowledge makes him a valuable asset as he assumes this position. In this role, Chad will oversee operations support for US recycling locations.

James Hamner, Jeffrey Bailey, Andre Robinson and Michael Nunez, all previously successful Onsite Managers, have been named Operations Support Managers. Leveraging their on-site experience, they will collaboratively align customer expectations with operational demands to enhance support and efficiency.

Hamner’s transition to Operations Support Manager will be in a full-time capacity. Bailey, Robinson, and Nunez will continue to support Leadpoint sites as Onsite Managers when not engaged in operational support assignments.

Veransa Group, Inc., a company that transforms green waste into valuable commodities on an industrial scale through vertical integration of waste collection centers and manufacturing facilities, has hired Dave Vaughn as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will be integral in Veransa’s rapid growth by driving best practices across the company’s operations, managing integrations of acquisitions and greenfield locations, and overseeing the development of compost and other sustainable, beneficial reuse, products.

Dave Vaughn brings over 35 years of experience in the environmental services and waste collections industry, including 17+ years of executive operational leadership in the organic recycling space. Before joining Veransa, he served as executive vice president of the West Region at Denali Water Solutions, a leading diversified environmental services company focused on wastewater, water residuals, and biosolids products and services, including composting and green waste recycling.

Waste Pro is proud to welcome Wayne Leeper as Division Manager of its Covington, Louisiana Division. Wayne brings over 30 years of industrial management experience to this role, working with top companies Pacorini Metals and Kajun Kettle Foods in the New Orleans metro market area.  His experience includes hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, and operations.  

As Division Manager, Wayne will oversee over 30 Waste Pros who operate 27 vehicles and provide services to over 10,000 customers in the Covington area. Wayne is excited to work with the top solid waste professionals in the state and will report directly to Jesse Murphy, Regional Vice President of Louisiana.
