Earlier this week the Emmaus Borough Council in Pa. awarded a new six-year pact with Whitetail Disposal of Perkiomenville.
With the new pact, White Disposal of Perkiomenville will be increasing annual fees to between $490 and $495, up from the current discounted price of $375. The deal is for manual pickup and is set for a three-year duration, followed by three, one-year options.
