A South Carolina recycling facility has been found to violate a number of operational rules after the death of a man.

After Duncan “Alex” Burrell-Gordon's unfortunate death at the Industrial Recovery and Recycling in Greer, South Carolina, an investigation was held at the facility. According to the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, the facility has received $33,000 in fines for violations of law within its operation. These fines were collected through the months of June and October. The facility has until November 29th, to correct the violations.
