Fargo, N.D., to Switch to Single Stream Recycling

This summer, the City of Fargo, N.D., will be making the switch to single stream recycling. And to prep for the switch, all residents will receive a 96-gallon recycling bin in June unless they choose to opt out of the program. Residents who choose to opt out of the program will be responsible for disposing of their own recyclables beginning in July.
