Greensboro, N.C., Deals with Illegal Dumping Problem

When unwanted items pile up at recycling stations, the city has to send out a truck and two to three workers to clean up the mess, which means additional tax money is being used. Now, the city has come up with a temporary solution to stop the illegal dumping.
