Sanitary Service Co., the company that manages Bellingham, Washington's curbside recycling program, is looking to move to single-stream recycling.

The company currently collects glass, paper and other materials in separate bins. Sanitary Service says it will make it easier for residents to recycle instead of sort, and it will make their services more efficient.
