Auto manufacturers might be using your plastic bottles for their next vehicle. Sustainability practices in the industry are changing - with materials for seat covers, handles and the body being crafted from ocean plastics, rice hulls, flaxseeds and agave.

For recently began using soy to make seat cushions for its Mustang, and its new Bronco Sport features harness clips made from ocean plastic.

Likewise, Audi is using recycled PET bottles for 89 percent of its seat material.
