Rumpke Consolidated Companies Inc. has promoted Michael Puckett to director of safety.
Puckett will be responsible for compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as all other laws, the Cincinnati-based company said in a news release. He also will maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of Rumpke employees and the communities the company serves.
He joined Rumpke in 2009 as regional safety manager for Rumpke’s Cincinnati market.
