Uniontown, Ohio — Concerned Citizens of Lake Township, a grass-roots organization seeking Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cleanup funding, has asked the EPA Ombudsman, Robert Martin, to investigate the Agency's grant procedures. Concerned Citizens spokeswoman Chris Borello alleges that EPA officials are biased against her organization.
