Washington, D.C. -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced that the Bush administration will create a panel of automakers, oil refiners, environmental groups and other experts to re-examine Clean Air Act standards that limit sulfur content in diesel fuel. The plan, according to the EPA, is to slightly adjust the current implementation schedule that requires a 20-fold sulfur reduction by 2006.
