Houston-based Travis Body & Trailer Inc. has completed its purchase of Everlite Inc., the manufacturer of the Alumatech Trailer product line. The transaction “includes all of the manufacturing assets, intellectual property, drawings, extrusion dies, and all production and sales records,” according to a Travis press release.

The Alumatech product line will keep the same name and will now display a Travis VIN plate. Travis is urging current owners of Alumatech trailers and other interested parties to register their contact and e-mail information at www.travistrailers.com to receive further information about the development of the product line.
