Mike Kandris has retired from his position of president of Ruan Transport Corp.’s Western Division. His retirement was effective on Sept. 30, 2009. Jim Mulvenna, who has the titles of senior vice president and general manager of the Western Division, has replaced Kandris.

Mulvenna previously was Ruan’s vice president of safety and administration, and director of training and management development.
