Ottawa – Environmental Management Solutions Inc. has completed its acquisition of Quebec-based GSI Environmental. EMS paid GSI $12 million through the issuance of $2 million in EMS common shares and $10 million in cash. The sale also included GSI’s 70.9 percent ownership of Les Composts du Quebec and various other companies.
