Jacksonville, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal Services has completed its purchase of Countywide Waste Disposal. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Countywide adds 55 commercial customers and 500 residential customers in Baker County, Fla., to Advanced Disposal’s customer base. “Countywide Waste Disposal presented a great tuck-in opportunity to strengthen the density and efficiencies of our frontload and residential collection operations in Baker County,” said Dave Lavender, regional vice president of Advanced Disposal, in a statement. “Customers can be assured they will continue to receive the most responsive and environmentally responsible solid waste services possible.”
