Houston — WCA Waste Corp. has completed four tuck-in acquisitions. The firm has acquired Foster Ferguson Disposal LLC and Proper Disposal Inc., whose collected waste will be disposed of in the WCA-owned Oak Grove Landfill in Arcadia, Kan. WCA also purchased Triad Waste Services Inc. and Triangle Environmental Group LLC, whose collected waste will be disposed of in WCA-owned landfills in the High Point, N.C., and Raleigh, N.C., areas.
In all, the acquired assets include 22 trucks servicing about 4,500 customers.
