WCA Waste Corp. Acquires Missouri Collection Company

Houston — WCA Waste Corp., Houston, has completed the acquisition of a small collection company located outside of Springfield, Mo. The waste collected by the company will be disposed of in a landfill owned by WCA.

"This is the second acquisition that WCA has completed since its initial public offering on June 22, 2004," said Tom J. Fatjo Jr., chairman of WCA, in a statement. "We look forward to continuing our strategy and announcing acquisitions in the near future as they occur."
