Liberty Tire, a tire-recycling firm based in Pittsburgh, has purchased Texas-based Able Tire Co., which is also a tire-recycling company. The March Group represented the seller in the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed.

Liberty processes scrap tires into crumb rubber, rubber nuggets, tire-derived fuel and lightweight aggregate.
