The Morning Bulletin

Rockhampton Regional Waste and Recycling (RRWR) has officially opened the doors of the Lakes Creek Road Waste Transfer Station.

Chair of Council's Business Enterprise Committee, Cr Neil Fisher greeted community members this morning, who were some of the very first to try out the new facility.

The Transfer Station was part of a large scale upgrade of the Lakes Creek Road landfill site totaling just over $13 million.
