On March 1, WCA Waste Corporation acquired Outreach Disposal in West Columbia, Texas, and D&D Sanitation in Cadiz, Ky.

Outreach Disposal provides service to residents of West Columbia, and D&D Sanitation provides residential and commercial services to the residents and businesses of approximately 2,600 customers in Cadiz and Princeton.

These acquisitions mark WCA's strategic efforts to expand its footprint in markets where it has an established infrastructure.
