A software development company has acquired what it characterized as platform waste management company to develop a waste division.
Alpharetta, Ga.-based Here To Serve Holding Corp. said in a news release the unidentified company purchased is located in the Midwest and has more than $10.5 million in revenue and more than $2.75 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA).
The company said it will disclose more details when the deal is complete, which it expects to happen in February.
The goal is to have a waste division with revenues of between $35 million and $50 million by June, said Jeffrey Cosman, CEO of Here To Serve Holding Corp. Cosman is the son of Jim Cosman, former president of Phoenix-based Republic Services Inc.
“We have identified several acquisition targets and are in process of negotiating with them in an attempt to close them in the next 90 days,” Jeffrey Cosman said.
