Integrated waste technology provider Routeware has confirmed the acquisition of Compliance Publishing.
The move secures Portland-based Routeware's expansion into the medical waste sector. Compliance Publishing's product offerings include OSHA training and compliance as well as back-office operations management.

"We are delighted to welcome Compliance Publishing to the Routeware family and look forward to collaborating closely to deliver comprehensive compliance and efficiency solutions to our valued customers."
Alan Rosenauer, CEO of Compliance Publishing. said the company is "thrilled" about the acquisition.
"By working together, we can combine our expertise and resources to provide our customers with even more robust compliance solutions and help them navigate the evolving regulatory landscape more effectively," he added.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
