John’s Disposal Service Inc. has acquired Dairyland Disposal LLC’s commercial container route business.

Dairyland Disposal, headquartered in West Allis, Wis., will continue to operate its roll-off business, offering containers from 12 to 30 yards in size. John’s Disposal, based in Whitewater, Wis., purchased the commercial container business for an undisclosed amount, according to a news release.

John’s Disposal serves Dane, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth and Waukesha counties.

“The addition of Dairyland’s customers to our customer base makes absolute sense for us and them, and we look forward to providing them the same high quality service they have come to expect,” said Brian Jongetjes, president of John’s Disposal.

Green Bay, wis.-based Cornerstone Business Services Inc. acted as advisor to Dairyland on the deal.
