Global Waste, EWJ International Buy Waste Routes of Abitibi Bowater

Global Waste Services LLC has partnered with EWJ International to acquire the assets and waste routes of Abitibi Bowater in 17 cities.

Lou Sabia, the president of Houston-based Global Waste, and Betsy Jordan, president of EWJ, said in an email statement that they are excited about the purchase.

No further information was available on the deal.
