Liquid Environmental Solutions has acquired the assets of privately held Value Stream Environmental Services, a leading provider of grease trap services and used cooking oil recycling in Arkansas.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Value Stream, based in Little Rock, expands Liquid’s capacity to serve customer locations throughout Arkansas—providing grease trap service and used cooking oil (UCO) recycling for restaurant and food service locations.
