Atlanta-based Waste Eliminator is expanding its collection business with the acquisition of FC Sanitation.

This purchase is the seventh since private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners acquired Waste Eliminator in 2021. The move expands the company's presence in the Northeast Georgia and South Carolina markets.

"FCS will significantly bolster our commercial hauling business and further expand our diversified service offering and market-leading waste collection business," commented Kacy Cronan, Waste Eliminator CEO.

Bradford Rossi and Philip Wright, co-founders and managing partners at Allied, were "encouraged" by "ongoing opportunities" presented by the firm's partnership with Waste Eliminator.

This transaction marks the second acquisition of 2025 for Waste Eliminator. Earlier this month, the company announced the purchase of Enterprise Landfill and Phillips Recoveries, which also enhanced collection and post-collection services in the Southeast region.

The terms of both financial transactions were not publicly disclosed.
