Columbia, SC — Capital Waste Services, LLC (“Capital Waste” or “CWS”) announced the acquisition of Tennessee Waste Haulers, LLC (“Tennessee Waste Haulers”). Tennessee Waste Haulers is a leading roll-off waste collection and landfill services provider within Chattanooga, TN. The Company’s post-collection assets include a C&D landfill in Harrison, TN as well as a permitted but undeveloped transfer station adjacent to its existing hauling facility in Chattanooga, TN.
