Raleigh, N.C.-based Waste Industries USA Inc. has completed several acquisitions, including Pelican Container Inc. and North and South Sanitation Inc., both based in North Carolina.
Agreement
Moline, Ill.-based John Deere Worldwide Construction & Forestry division will work with Daewoo Heavy Industries and Machinery Ltd., South Korea, to develop a 7-cubic-yard capacity model loader.
