McKinnon has been named general director of operations for its new facility in Baltimore. Richard J. Luke has replaced McKinnon as general director of operations in Indianapolis.

Gary Ciapetta has been promoted to director of marketing for Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems, Canton, Ohio.
