Winnebago Landfill in the greater Chicago area has had several lawsuits filed against it by Chicago Attorney Glen J. Dunn.

Hundreds of residents of the Chicago metropolitan area have joined in on a lawsuit against Winnebago Landfill for its disrupting odor. More than 534 residents of the New Milford area signed onto a retainer agreement with Chicago Attorney Glen J. Dunn. Dunn has stated as many as 21 lawsuits have been filed against the landfill. 

"The suit alleges the site causes neighbors bodily harm, decreases their property value, and generates toxic and dangerous gases."
