Fifty-three-year-old Donald W. Combs of Milford, Ohio has been sentenced to four years in prison after dumping solid waste near a residential neighborhood and at an unlicensed commercial site for his business.

In a release, Attorney General Dave Yost said that Combs had been advertising dumping services on Facebook and Craigslist for "several years," undercutting competitors. According to the releases, he dumped "several thousands" of pounds of waste over the years.

His actions led to eight felonies related to the illegal dumping, operating an unlicensed solid waste facility and violating Ohio EPA laws.
