A Dillsburg contractor is accused of not completing a $5.7 million leachate storage tank.

In 2017 Cummings & Smith Inc., Lobar Inc. was accused of not properly finishing the 5.62 million gallon leachate storage tank. The tank, cost the company $5.7 million dollars, despite it having a leak and being deemed unusable. Due to issues with the liner keeping fluid in, Lobar was charged and fined $1,500 per day due to the county> In total, the company amounted $1.869 million in fines.
