City of Bristol, Virginia Addresses Landfill Benzene Emissions

City officials in Bristol, Virginia have hired SCS Engineers to examine landfill emissions.

The city plans to use ARPA funds to upgrade and fix issues at the site based on recommendations from a recent Department of Environmental Quality study.

Benzene emissions are of particular concern, with SCS working on tactics to alleviate the issues.
