Trubeck Named WMI Executive VP Liddell Joins Perkins Manufacturing

Mark Liddell has joined Perkins Manufacturing Co., Chicago, as regional sales manager.

Skelly and Loy, Harrisburg, Pa., has promoted Karen J. Brooks to Controller.

CDM, Cambridge, Mass., has hired Andrew P. Pajak as senior vice president.

Applied Science & Technology Inc. (ASTI), Brighton, Mich., has hired Andi Stohler as a marketing assistant for the company's support services group.

McLeskey Enterprises, Ridgefield, Wash., has named Gary McLeskey president. The company also has named Rich Kearney solid waste/recycling equipment division manager and Dick Castle regional salesperson.

Malcom Pirnie Inc., White Plains, N.Y., has promoted several employees to senior associate, including Mark Hanson, Daniel Lopez-Rendon, Edward Balchon, Daniel P. Sheehan, Judy A. Bedard, Robert Kerbel, Carmine Marra, George Maseeh, Robert McCollum and Stephen McGowan. Miller Electric Manufacturing Co., Appleton, Wis., has named Mike Weller president.

Sean C. Paulsen has joined CTI and Associates Inc., Brighton, Mich., as a project manager.

Arrow Truck Sales, Kansas City, Mo., has announced its new executive management team, including Ed Justis, president and CEO; Lee Wallace, vice president of field operations; Jim Stevenson, vice president of asset management; and Jerry Nerman, executive vice president of business development and industry relations. William Trubeck has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Waste Management Inc. (WMI), Houston.

Prior to joining WMI, Trubeck was senior vice president and chief financial officer of International Multifoods, Minnetonka, Minn., where he guided the company's finances, investor relations, procurement and strategic planning. In 1998, he accepted the additional role of Latin America operations president for International Multifoods.

Before joining International Multifoods, Trubeck was senior vice president of finance and CEO of SPX Corp., Muskegon, Mich., a motor vehicle products manufacturer.

Born in Chicago in 1946, Trubeck received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut.
