There is a new waste hauler on the Monterey Peninsula and it aims to increase recycling in the community.
San Jose-based GreenWaste Recovery began its service in Sand City this week, with other Peninsula cities to follow over the next few months.
“We are first a recycling and resource recovery company,” said Emily Finn, director of Business Development and Communications.
