We have an “Own a Solid Waste Company” thesis. Solid waste should be a core holding and then trade around it. When the market wants to be defensive overweight a position; when deep cyclicals are in favor underweight and otherwise be market weighted solid waste.

He has been a director of research, president, chief operating officer of a broker-dealer, deputy director of research, head of fixed income research and group head of diversified industrial research, and head of global value research. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Widener University and an Master’s degree from the Johnson School at Cornell University. He is the 2001 owner/rider winner of the 105th Maryland Hunt Cup, an errant golfer and avid fly fisherman.
