New Direction

Certification is one of the key programs developed as part of the new strategic direction of the National Waste & Recycling Association (NW&RA). Association members said that this effort was important to take the association’s safety program to the next level and help the industry continue improving its safety record. The inaugural effort under this program—safe driver certification—is proceeding according to plan and will be launched at WasteExpo in April.
