From the San Fernando Valley to downtown LA and Venice Beach, the city of Los Angeles has allowed trash to accumulate, and the piles are growing larger each day.

Prior to the pandemic, the city cleaned trash around homeless encampments and other areas. Now that the cleaning has stopped, allowing rats, insects and rotting garbage to infest the city.

Business owners across Los Angeles are speaking out with the hopes that something will be done, saying that the "stench is horrific."
