Waste Pro Opens New Facility in Jasper, GA

JASPER, GA  – Waste Pro has opened a new Division in Jasper, GA. Located at 3317 Camp Road, the location is approximately an hour north of Waste Pro’s Georgia Headquarters in Atlanta.

During the ribbon cutting on December 14th, Waste Pro hosted the Georgia State Patrol and local first responders and provided a barbecue lunch from Rooster’s Market as a thank you for their work.

As Georgia customers expanded their businesses, their desire for Waste Pro services enabled the company to expand to the north, now servicing more than 4,000 new commercial and residential customers in Pickens, Cobb, Gilmer, Cherokee, and Forsyth Counties.

All of the employees are Jasper locals, with two – Josh Beck and Michael Young – who were born and raised in the town and “know everyone,” according to Divisional Vice President Jerry Harrison.

As such, Jerry has already led the Division in community involvement efforts. Earlier this fall, the team sponsored the Pickens County High School Dragons football team, as well as donated T-shirts for the team’s home games.

“We’ve hit the ground running here in North Georgia, and we’re so excited for the growth that is still ahead,” said Jerry. “We work here, we live here, and we’re a part of this community. That’s why it’s so important we not only provide excellent service, but to also get involved to support our local schools and businesses – caring for our communities is what Waste Pro is all about.”
